Do i need an appointment to get my dog's nails cut?

No, this is a walk-in service.

why does it take so long to groom my dog?

We want to make your dog's experience a pleasant one. Not all dogs like to be groomed so sometimes we give the dog a break. Also and most importantly we are working with sharp instruments and if we rush there is more of a chance for your dog to get injured.

why does it take so long to get an appointment?

We are a very busy shop with many clients. We do our best to squeeze you in where we can. The best option is to reschedule your dog for their next groom when you pick them up. This way your next appointment is secured.
